About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for infrastructure planning? The City of Playford is seeking aProject Infrastructure Plannerto lead the definition phase of multi-year, city-wide infrastructure projects—primarily roads and stormwater—under developer deeds and government agreements. You'll be responsible for preparing project scope plans, managing resources, budgets, and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring seamless handover to the delivery team. This is a pivotal role in shaping sustainable infrastructure that meets the needs of an evolving community.
About You
We're after a qualified infrastructure planner with a degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or similar related discipline and strong experience in coordinating complex infrastructure projects particularly at the project definition stage. You'll be confident managing consultants, programs, and stakeholders, with excellent communication skills and a solid grasp of WHS and procurement processes. Experience in local government, negotiating with developers, and working flexibly will set you apart.
