Resort Manager – Iririki Island Resort & Spa VANUATU

Iririki Resort is seeking a motivated and career-driven Resort Manager. This is a unique opportunity in Vanuatus most iconic resort to use your high level leadership skills in a dynamic hospitality environment while living and working in one of the world's most stunning island destinations.

About the Role

As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of front office, reservations, housekeeping, logistics, customer service management and other key business areas, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest service and operational excellence. You will work closely with department heads to implement effective management strategies that enhance profitability and elevate the guest experience.

Package

AUD $150k package - ($125k TAX FREE SALARY salary plus $25k in Benefits, including accommodation & medical insurance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Reservations, housekeeping, logistics, customer service management departments
  • Provide leadership, training, and support to staff in line with resort standards and business objectives
  • Monitor operational performance and ensure budgetary targets are met or exceeded
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximise room yield and revenue
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel industry
  • Willingness to relocate and live on-site in Vanuatu
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with guests and staff
  • Highly motivated with a passion for hospitality and tourism
  • International work experience essential
  • Experience with RMS software is highly desirable
