We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to assist in our service department as a Service Receptionist. This role will be based at our Pilbara Toyota dealership located in South Hedland. This position would ideally suit someone who is looking to join the automotive industry through an administration-based role.

About the business

Pilbara Toyota is a family run business which started in Port Hedland as a small Pilbara dealership.

23 years on it now has 12 locations covering the Pilbara region and selling the market leading brands- Toyota, Nissan, Isuzu Ute & employing over 200 people living locally in the Pilbara region.

Supporting the dealerships in Perth is our multi-site operation Perth Motor Bodies- consisting of pre-delivery workshop (vehicle fit out), fabrication workshop, paint shop and corporate office.

Responsibilities and duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Answering all incoming calls and directing appropriately
  • Meet and greet clients, customers and visitors
  • Booking in customer vehicles for servicing
  • Assisting the Service Department with general administrative duties

The Successful Candidate:

  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Exceptional customer service with a pleasant & professional phone manner
  • Able to work to deadlines and follow company systems
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and professional verbal communication
