About the role

This role supports the delivery of high-quality, culturally safe playgroups across the Eastern metropolitan region, with a dual focus on family engagement and playgroup facilitation. VACCA's playgroups welcome all children and families, creating safe spaces for vulnerable families to build connections with Aboriginal Elders, Community Members, and artists.

The program fosters intentional, play-based learning, strengthens parent-child relationships, promotes parental skill development, and supports children's developmental milestones and school readiness.
