About the role:

  • Handle complex commercial disputes and insolvency matters, including contractual breaches and restructuring.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and insolvency-related documents.
  • Advise clients on litigation strategies and distressed business situations.
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers and support junior associates in high-profile cases.

The ideal candidate:

  • Qualified Lawyer with admission to practice in NSW and Federal Courts.
  • Minimum 3+ years PAE in commercial disputes and insolvency law.
  • Strong drafting, communication, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
