Fox and Thomas is a progressive regional firm based in Goondiwindi in Southern Queensland with a newly opened office in Brisbane, where we practice in residential, commercial and rural conveyancing .

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our Property Team. This is a full-time position with the option to be based in our Goondiwindi or Brisbane office. We will also consider a remote position for the right candidate.

  • working closely with Senior Associates and Directors;

  • a friendly and supportive working environment.

You will be proactive, highly organised and efficient, with a clear focus on client service. Ideally, you will be a Commissioner for Declarations or Justice of the Peace (Qualified).

Key duties include:

  • handling residential property transactions end-to-end, including contract and disclosure preparation, settlements, and finalisation;
  • liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processes;
  • preparing and reviewing legal documents accurately and efficiently; and
  • maintaining organised file management and meeting deadlines.
