The Role

You'll work across a broad range of property matters, including but not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial conveyancing (sales and acquisitions)
  • Leasing agreements, licensing agreements, and guarantees
  • Restraints, assignments, variations, surrenders, and extensions
  • Commercial documentation for land, industrial properties, and shopping centres
  • Owners Corporation and Strata work for corporations, managers, and lot owners.

This role offers autonomy alongside the support of a collaborative national team. The firm also offers a flexible working model with up to two days from home each week.

Who We're Looking For

  • Senior Associate: 5+ years PAE
  • Special Counsel: 10+ years PAE
  • Strong technical property law skills
  • Client-focused with an ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Enjoy mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team growth.
