Our Client
Our client is a Queensland-based property development group with an established track record of delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. With expertise spanning the entire lifecycle - from acquisition and planning through to construction and delivery - they are known for shaping spaces that bring long-term value to local communities.
As part of their growth, the team is seeking a motivated Paralegal to contribute to the legal and operational success of their projects.
The Role
As a valued member of the team, you will:
- Draft and review a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence
- Assist with conveyancing and property-related transactions
- Support lawyers and project managers on major development projects
- Liaise with external consultants where required
- Ensure compliance with property and development regulations
- Balance multiple priorities while delivering high-quality, accurate work
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
- At least 2 years' experience as a paralegal (property/conveyancing/development highly regarded)
- Strong drafting, attention to detail, and communication skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in legal software (e.g. PEXA) and Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
