Our Client

Our client is a Queensland-based property development group with an established track record of delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. With expertise spanning the entire lifecycle - from acquisition and planning through to construction and delivery - they are known for shaping spaces that bring long-term value to local communities.

As part of their growth, the team is seeking a motivated Paralegal to contribute to the legal and operational success of their projects.

The Role

As a valued member of the team, you will:

  • Draft and review a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence
  • Assist with conveyancing and property-related transactions
  • Support lawyers and project managers on major development projects
  • Liaise with external consultants where required
  • Ensure compliance with property and development regulations
  • Balance multiple priorities while delivering high-quality, accurate work

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a paralegal (property/conveyancing/development highly regarded)
  • Strong drafting, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in legal software (e.g. PEXA) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
