We're on the hunt for a Marketing & Comms all-rounder who can switch from social posts to tender wins, from shooting a quick project video to coordinating a client event — and who's excited about building out our CRM and marketing systems as we scale.

What You'll Do
  • Pull together bid submissions that win work
  • Work with our videographer (and sometimes get behind the camera yourself)
  • Create scroll-stopping social media content
  • Share project stories — from progress to completion
  • Celebrate our tender wins and business milestones
  • Coordinate events + promotions
  • Keep our clients in the loop with newsletters + updates
  • Grow out our CRM so we stay connected with every lead and client
