Service Coordinator

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the Brisbane-based Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating technician schedules and job bookings
  • Managing mobilisation logistics (flights, accommodation, transport)
  • Supporting invoicing and progress claims (training provided if needed)
  • Building rapport with technicians and internal stakeholders

What You'll Bring

  • Strong administrative and scheduling experience (industry background flexible)
  • Exposure to platforms like SimPRO or similar (preferred but not essential)
  • A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
  • Honest, accountable, and transparent communication style
  • Financial acumen (margin management, claims) is a bonus
