The Role
We're seeking a highly experienced
Senior SAP Functional Specialist
to join our Enterprise Applications team and lead the enablement, support, and optimisation of business processes across
SAP EWM, MM, and FLM
. This is a key role in a
greenfields S/4HANA environment
, offering the opportunity to make a real impact in an
asset-intensive business
focused on operational effectiveness and safety.

Responsibilities Include

• Lead the support and configuration of SAP EWM, MM, and FLM modules. Ariba experience is also highly desired.
• Working with our outsourced Managed Service provider, collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable SAP solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support future project delivery across all phases: blueprinting, realisation, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare - providing expert guidance on RICEFW development, data migration, and system integration.

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of professional experience. 7+ years' experience as an SAP functional specialist with end-to-end implementation and support delivery.
• Experience leading RICEFW development, data migration, and system integration.

• Deep functional knowledge in at least one of:

• SAP EWM – warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processes, RF/QR integration.

• SAP MM – procurement, inventory management, master data.

• SAP FLM – fleet and asset logistics (or related transport management modules).

• Strong administration, documentation, and time management skills.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with a strong customer focus.
• Recognised thought leader and SME in your SAP functional area.
• Experience in S/4HANA environments is highly desirable.
