The Roles
We require several types of SAP Specialists, who will be at the forefront of managing and maintaining data for a range of tasks , ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems, while collaborating with dynamic internal teams and influential external stakeholders.

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Triage support tickets to identify a solution or assign to relevant support team
  • Ensure across all related incidents including interfaces being managed by the relevant support team.

Investigates and performs Service restoration activities in conjunction with the vendor and other support vendors.

  • Performs break-fix resolution, root cause analysis, configuration

changes, application performance, and Minor Enhancements as required.

  • Validates production after maintenance windows.
  • Ensure test plans for regression & UAT testing are up to date and lead any regression/UAT testing
  • Work with the relevant teams for configuration changes
  • Review change requests and provide analysis and feedback
  • Perform UAT on new releases
  • Participate in relevant governance forums representing technical support
  • Ensure work is done in line with agreed sys admin
  • Work with relevant teams like rostering support on ensuring workflows or set up is still functioning after changes are made or issues resolved.
  • Set up governance & operating model of the sys admin team within the overall support framework
  • Set up support workflows and processes for the sysadmin team to take on support of the solution
  • Manage triage and support of all HR systems tickets, requests and enhancements.
  • Manage SuccessFactors half yearly releases with the Application Managed - Services vendor to ensure effective leverage of enhancements and new features.
  • Enforce governance processes and standards for development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Escalation point for sys admins
  • Able to engage with the vendor manager and various support teams
  • Ensure Change requests are managed vis sys admin team and the change bodies
  • Review and action key notifications from the software vendors e.g. licence renewals, maintenance downtimes, new releases, patches etc.

Requirements For This Role

  • Highly proficient and experienced in SAP, with a strong understanding of data structures and integration, including, but not limited to; SAP SuccessFactors, SAP/Boomi Integration, SAP Technical PM and desirable UKG Sys Admin, ECP System Admin
  • Must be an excellent communicator with demonstrated stakeholder management skills
  • 2 - 3 years proven experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
  • Experience with platforms and data reporting
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail.
