This position is based in Melbourne and supports the Victorian and New South Wales markets, as well as clients across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Advise clients on the best access points for key insurers.
  • Balance placements between markets to achieve sustainability and optimum pricing.
  • Set and drive broking strategy in collaboration with client relationship directors, servicers, and advocates.
  • Assist in driving strategy for tender responses and represent broking in client and insurer presentation.
  • Assist client servicers in managing and meeting client expectations.

  • You possess drive, ambition, and a focus on excellence.

If you believe you have the skills and passion for this role but don't meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We'd love to have a conversation and see if you could be a great fit for our team.
