Harris Lieberman Solicitors is seeking an experienced Wills and Estate Planning Solicitor to join our growing team in Wodonga in a full time capacity (Remote or Hybrid options also available). The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced legal team, providing high-quality legal advice and assistance to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Assisting clients with estate administration, including obtaining probate and administering trusts.
  • Liaising with clients and other legal professionals.
  • Managing a busy caseload efficiently and effectively.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in estate planning and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • A strong work ethic with a commitment to providing excellent client service.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with Smokeball preferred but not essential.

Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful applicant based upon qualifications and experience.
