Are you passionate about customer service, logistics, and delivering unforgettable Christmas memories? The Happy Christmas Company is looking for a dynamic Event Manager to lead the magic this festive season

From the twinkle of the first fairy light to the last box packed away in January, you'll be at the heart of our operations—making sure our clients feel the Christmas spirit in every detail.


What You'll Do:

End-to-End Event Management – Coordinate every detail from enquiry to execution, ensuring seamless delivery of Christmas installations.

Client Service – Be the friendly, responsive point of contact for our clients, offering outstanding service with a smile.

Operations Oversight – Manage our warehouse and decorating teams to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Two Locations –

  • October: Work from our office in North Fitzroy
  • November to mid-January: Join the hustle and bustle at our Heidelberg West warehouse

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven event coordination or project management experience
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • A calm, adaptable attitude

  • Experience with accounting packages Quickbooks and / or Xero

  • A valid driver's license will be an advantage

Hours of work

Hours of work are 20-30hrs per week until early November, then 30-38hrs per week until mid January. Early morning starts will be required from our warehouse operational period of early November through to mid January.

No weekend or public holiday work is required.
