Sales Representative/ Business Development Manager

Since 1978 Flexihire has been providing quality equipment hire services throughout Queensland and NSW. We are looking to appoint a professional Sales Representative to join the Flexihire team in the Brisbane West Region, reporting to the National Sales Manager.

Role

In this role you will be required to develop new clients, as well as maximise sales opportunities with already established clients, you will interpret customer needs and identify suitable products to satisfy client requirements. As a Flexihire representative, you will work to further develop business relationships in the region, always provide industry leading service to our clients and a high level of customer satisfaction while working closely with the Branch Managers & Sales Team in the region.

The skills you will require are the ability to cold call, and develop new relationships, as well as maintaining strong relationships with an established client base. You will need to be able to understand and grow the business in all market segments from sole traders, local & state government bodies to national companies.

To be considered for this dynamic role you must have the following skills and experience:

  • A passion to provide the best possible service levels to your clients,
  • Proven sales background (industrial/construction/civil) desirable
  • The ability to develop new business relationships in a competitive and complex marketplace.
  • Be a team player and have a consistent desire to contribute at a high level.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
