**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads
  • Book & schedule appointments for the BDM team
  • Use the CRM system to manage the customer database

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Professional attitude & willingness to learn
  • Previous outbound calling/sales experience preferred, but not essential
