- Pick up quick, rewarding 2-3 hour shifts that slot easily into your day—a perfect fit for parents, students, side hustlers, or anyone who wants to help without committing to long hours.
- Choose when you work: mornings, midday, afternoons, and occasional evenings or weekends. More availability, more shifts
- Enjoy paid training, penalty rates for nights/weekends, and genuine ongoing team support.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with personal care routines (showering, dressing, and daily activities).
- Help with household tasks: meal prep, laundry, tidying, or errands.
- Accompany clients to appointments and join in community fun—shopping, walks, outings, or events.
- Support safe manual handling and use of equipment (training provided).

- Flexible in availability—whether weekday mornings, afternoons, or short-notice fill-ins (including some overnight if possible).

What You Need
- Full AU driver's license and reliable car.
- Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card (we help if needed).
- NDIS Orientation Module Certificate (it's free)
- Commitment to infection control and safe PPE use.
- Smartphone (iOS 13.0+/Android 6.0+).
