
Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our small, dynamic team. Based in our office in Melbourne's South-East suburbs, you will work closely with our company Director and Marketing Manager to drive our digital marketing efforts and contribute directly to business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and executing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Google Merchant Center.
- Continuously monitor, test, and refine campaigns to maximize ROI, enhance brand equity, and achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Build forecasts, manage pacing, and optimize spending to ensure efficiency, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Content & Social Media Strategy:
- Create, manage, and execute a monthly content calendar with consistent themes for our social media channels, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Actively engage with our online community by interacting with users and responding to messages, enquiries, and comments.
- Produce shareable and engaging content appropriate for the industry that educates and supports marketing goals.
- Website & SEO Performance:
- Perform regular edits and updates to our WordPress website.
- Work with internal and external teams to continually improve website SEO performance.
- Regularly update company pricing using external database programs.
- Influencer Relations:
- Work directly with brand influencers to determine content deliverables that align with our brand and deliver engaging results.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform innovations, and competitor movements to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to the Director and Marketing Manager, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 3+ years of professional experience in a digital marketing role.
- Proven Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing the specific platforms and responsibilities listed above.
- Proactive & Collaborative: A self-starter who can work independently but also thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and data-driven insights.
