THIS ROLE/LOCATION

We are seeking enthusiastic baristas and customer service all-rounders who are passionate about coffee, food and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Location: Hudsons - Brisbane International Airport

Roles Available:

Full-time Early Morning Shift (4am starts)

Full-time Evening Shift (10pm Finish)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Serving our valued guests with enthusiasm
• Making consistently high-quality barista coffee
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Following ELR ANZ policies, guidelines, and procedures

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2+ years' barista experience (essential)
• RSA Certificate (essential)
• Must hold a valid Driver Licence and have own reliable transport
• A genuine passion for great guest service and working as part of a team
• Strong focus on quality and consistency
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Flexibility to commit to either early morning (4am starts) or evening shifts (10pm finish)
