The Star Brisbane offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options. It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.

This transformational project has brought even more excitement and anticipation to burgeoning Brisbane. It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.

We are now seeking applications from Food & Beverage Professionals looking to be part of the team.

• Casual and Fine Dining Attendants, waiters and servers

• Experience in high volume or smaller venues

Whether you're seeking casual or part-time work while you study, or something full-time for your next career change, The Star Brisbane has openings in our restaurants and bars to suit everyone from entry level positions to leadership opportunities.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage service
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue's menu and current promotions
• Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen
• Provide quality service to all guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Complete all set-up duties in accordance with standard procedures and ensure general cleanliness and tidiness of work area
• Maintain compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol

What are we looking for:

• Experience in a hospitality environment or customer service role
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Maintain a strong guest focus in all services
• Passion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industry
• Available to work weekends & nights
• Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment

About us

The $3.6 billion Queen's Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.

When complete, Queen's Wharf Brisbane will deliver four new luxury hotels, more than 50 new food and beverage experiences, significant luxury retail, the restoration of nine heritage buildings and around 1,500 residential apartments.
