Are you passionate about great food, exceptional service, and fast-paced environments? Our vibrant and bustling cafe is on the lookout for a friendly, energetic and reliable Food & Beverage Attendant to join our dedicated team.

About the Role:

As a Food and beverage Attendant, you will be the face of our cafe - creating memorable experiences for customers through excellent service, efficiency and a smile. From taking orders to using the POS system and keeping the cafe clean and welcoming, you will play a key part in our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and take orders with a positive and professional attitude
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • Operate POS system and handle transactions
  • Assist with food and drink preparation (barista experience a plus)
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all service areas
  • Work closelly with the kitchen and other counter staff to ensure smooth service

About You:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality or cafe environment preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • a team player with a can-do attitude
  • Barista experience is essential
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays (with extra pay of course)
