Autopact is one of Australia's largest and growing automotive dealership groups.  Across our 35 dealerships along the eastern seaboard, we represent 41 of the top car brands in Australia, covering each of the volume, premium, luxury and commercial vehicle categories.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Administration team on a full-time basis, based at the Autopact Victoria head office in Epping.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation and management of vehicle, wholesale and fleet vehicle debtor's ledgers
  • Assist with end of month processing and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Weekly vehicle debtors reporting to management.
  • Assist with internal funds enquiries for dealerships.
  • Follow up on outstanding vehicle debtor accounts/invoice queries.
  • Process daily bank statements.
  • Process customer account payments.
  • Process daily bank deposits as required.
  • Undertake other duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Automotive dealership experience will be highly regarded
  • Pentana experience preferable
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • The ability to prioritise urgent tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
