You'll be trusted to run your area with autonomy and provided the tools, coaching, and structure to succeed.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $53,547 – $60,000 + Super (based on experience & level)Permanent role with clear progression from Level 1 -> Level 3Career development: direct coaching and transparent KPIsWork/life balance: Monday–Friday with optional Saturday flex shiftsLocation: Epping (Melbourne's northern suburbs)Your ResponsibilitiesLead daily fulfilment for assigned client accounts (picking, packing, dispatch).Allocate staff, monitor progress, and post status updates.Track and lift team productivity (orders/hour, labour cost per revenue).Maintain accuracy through regular quality checks and countbacks.Liaise with Receiving and Admin to keep orders flowing on schedule for your team.Enforce strict safety standards.Coach operators and contribute to process improvements.Who You AreExperienced in e-commerce fulfilment, 3PL, or warehouse operations.Confident leading a team with clarity and accountability.Understands performance metrics and can plan work to meet them.Calm and organised under pressure; clear communicator.Confident with computers (Warehouse Management software experience is a bonus)Reliable, proactive, and eager to grow into higher leadership roles.Why Join UFSYou'll run your own team - real ownership, measurable results, and genuine opportunity to progress.
