The Role

Based in Sydney and reporting to the National Technology Sales Manager, the Technology Project Sales will collaborate with customers, consultants, and our mechanical sales team to deliver innovative, high-quality building automation solutions. This role focuses on driving BMS project growth through strong relationships, technical expertise, and competitive proposals.

Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Drive growth in BMS Project Sales across Special and Major Projects
  • Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and tender submissions
  • Assess specifications, identify risks, and deliver quality bids
  • Collaborate with mechanical and design teams to secure projects
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
  • Support sales reporting, forecasting, and project handovers
  • Contribute to a high-performing, safety-focused sales culture
