**The Role**
As Special Projects Sales (NSW), reporting to the NSW Construction Manager, you’ll drive the profitable growth of VAE’s Special Projects portfolio by identifying, pursuing, and converting refurbishment and upgrade opportunities within the existing buildings market. You’ll lead business development efforts, build strong client and partner relationships, and deliver value-driven HVAC solutions that position VAE as the contractor of choice.
Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Identify and target growth opportunities in the existing buildings market, focusing on refurbishments and upgrades.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Drive business development within VAE’s existing client base to maximise sales potential.
- Lead tender responses with compelling, value-driven submissions that address client needs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and market insight
- Manage the sales process from lead generation through to handover with accuracy and efficiency
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative sales culture across the NSW team
