Join our fun and vibrant team and support one Urban Land Housing's most successful Sales Managers on the delivery of off the plan, land sales.

This position is opened to seasoned associates who want to get into Project Sales, or entry-level candidates who are looking for a foot in the door, with one of Sydney's fastest growing real estate brands.

The Role

An exciting role that will see you as the backbone of support to a busy, motivated and highly successful sales team. You will primarily assist in providing support through the coordination, administration and delivery of land sales.

  • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries
  • Carry out all sales administration tasks.
  • Provide support with the day-to-day sales-based activities.
  • Maintain and manage all data entry into the CRM.
  • Open and close the sales offices and ensure the office is immaculately maintained and presented.
  • Online marketing including social media, and updating of project marketing collateral such as brochures, price lists and master plans.

About You

  • Previous Real Estate experience in a similar role will be highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Previous administrative and customer service experience.
  • A superior level of verbal and written communication skills and be professionally presented.
  • A positive and energetic attitude.
  • A desire and passion to work within the Property industry.
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
  • Available to work weekends.
  • Have a reliable motor vehicle and valid driver's license (motor vehicle allowances apply)
