The Role

  • Lead and coordinate a range of activities to manage the software development lifecycle.
  • Liaise with technical teams, product owners and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable insights for developers and ensure actions implemented satisfy business requirements.
  • Craft well-defined, testable user stories with precise acceptance criteria to support agile delivery.
  • Collaborate with QA teams during backlog refinement to uncover edge cases, clarify expected behaviours, and enhance test coverage.
  • Prioritise and use initiative to manage customer expectations and deadlines of competing issues.
