We're looking for caring, reliable Female Support Workers (who can speak Arabic or Kurdish) with experience of supporting people with disability to join our team that supports NDIS participants with complex needs, and physical and mental health disabilities across Sydney.

What you'll do:

Support daily personal care and routines

Assist with community access and appointments

Encourage independence and work toward life goals

Build respectful, trust-based relationships

Female Support Worker –Who can speak Arabic and Kurdish

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join our team, providing high-quality care to individuals living with disability and other support needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Can speak Arabic or Kurdish (essential)
  • Strong communication skills with a calm and compassionate approach
  • Flexible and reliable candidate needed
  • Work rights in Australia (required)
  • Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance (essential)
  • Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Ageing Support, or a relevant qualification
  • Experience with manual handling
