About the Role:

We are seeking an empathetic, reliable, and motivated Female Disability Support Worker to join our growing team at Kanyini Care Services. You will be working in a person-centered role where your kindness and reliability can help someone lead a more independent and fulfilling life.

No prior experience is required. We will provide you full training.

This role is ideal for students studying nursing, social work or other healthcare fields who are seeking flexible and meaningful work experience in the care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care, domestic tasks, and mobility
  • Support clients with social outings and community participation
  • Follow individual care plans and support daily routines
  • Keep accurate documentation and progress notes
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and care teams
  • Handle all interactions with respect, dignity, and confidentiality

About You:

  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential
