We are currently seeking three compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers (Level 2) to join our growing team in Western Sydney. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting clients to live independently, safely, and with dignity.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality assistance to clients with daily living tasks, personal care, community access, and general wellbeing support. You will be working across various locations within Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and daily living support
  • Assist with community access and social activities
  • Support clients with household tasks
  • Follow service plans and maintain detailed documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
  • Ensure safety, respect, and client-centred care at all times

Requirements

  • Female candidates only (client preference)
  • Previous experience in disability or community support (Level 2 preferred)
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (preferred)
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
