Are you passionate about helping others and love spending time with animals? We're looking for a caring, reliable Female Support Worker to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our participants.

About the Role:

You'll be supporting two clients:

  • A male participant with anxiety, depression, and high-functioning autism who owns two beloved dogs. You'll assist him with daily living activities and caring for his pets, so a love for animals (and confidence around dogs) is essential.
  • An aged care client based in Auburn, who requires help with domestic tasks and community access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with light household duties and meal preparation
  • Support clients in the community (shopping, appointments, walks, etc.)
  • Help care for the participant's dogs (feeding, walks, vet visits)
  • Transport clients safely — must be comfortable having dogs in your vehicle

What We're Looking For:

  • Female support worker with a caring and patient nature
  • Experience in disability or aged care (preferred but not essential)
  • Comfortable working around animals, especially dogs
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid/CPR Certificate (preferred)
