About this opportunity
Are you a proven delivery leader with a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams? Join us as our Delivery Management Practice Lead and drive transformation across our organisation.
- Day rate contract role
- Initial contract to 30 June 2026
- Open to candidates based in Melbourne OR Sydney
As the Delivery Management Practice Lead, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will coach and mentor delivery teams, champion best practices, and empower others to achieve outstanding results.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Lead delivery experience to oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards
- People leadership and coaching experience to mentor and develop delivery professionals, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support to build capability and confidence across teams
- Experience aligning delivery activities with organisational goals, drive business development within the practice, and ensure continuous improvement and innovation
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and change management principles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex organizational structures.
- Superannuation Industry experience highly regarded
