About the role
Marketing Planning & Performance Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the Brand and Marketing strategy and plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Drive the planning cadence for annual and monthly deliverables, ensuring timely and effective decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional planning and prioritisation processes with best-practice governance.
- Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.
- Implement marketing measurement frameworks and market mix modelling tools to optimise ROI.
- Provide business case support and project planning expertise across the Brand and Marketing leadership team.
- Manage ongoing change and resource planning throughout the financial year.
- Prepare executive-level presentation packs and communications to socialise plans and progress.
- Apply agile ways of working to planning and project delivery.
- Stay informed on consumer behaviour, macro trends, and marketing innovations.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Experience in marketing strategy, planning, or operations.
- Proven ability to coordinate large teams, manage backlogs, and prioritise work across departments.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience aligning cross-functional teams to strategic goals and KPIs.
- Financial and commercial acumen with a focus on marketing ROI.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI); experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments is desirable.
