
Global Leader in Strategic Planning and Market Access

The ideal candidate will take on a leadership role, driving strategic planning and cross-regional product opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region. They will partner with cross-functional teams to assess product feasibility, market demand, and strategic fit.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and evaluating new product opportunities within and across APAC markets
- Developing and implementing pricing and reimbursement strategies tailored to APAC markets
- Leveraging Health Economics and Outcomes Research to support product value propositions
Key Accountabilities:
- Cross-Regional Leadership for New Product Opportunities (30%)
- Market Access and HEOR Activities in the APAC Region (50%)
- Support for the CEO in Strategic Planning and Budgeting (20%)
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in market access, HEOR, or strategic planning within the biopharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Demonstrated expertise in APAC market access, including price and reimbursement strategy development
- Experience working with executive leadership to shape and execute corporate strategies
- Strong capabilities in economic modeling and real-world evidence utilization
