We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Hotel Front Office team in a permanent part time capacity, to ensure each, and every guest has a memorable experience.

Ardo is the epitome of North Queensland luxury. Located in Townsville, on the edge of the Coral Sea the hotel features five-star accommodation, two Chef-hatted restaurants, and an iconic rooftop pool and bar. The property is part of The Ville Resort-Casino precinct, the region's premier destination for dining, entertainment, and leisure.

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be part of our team representing the face of our brand and play a vital role in creating memorable and enjoyable experiences for all guests. You will be solutions focussed with a professional, calm manner, resolving concerns that may occur, all while delivering an outstanding experience for our guests.

About You

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office Guest Services role is preferred
  • Demonstrated professionalism with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills, experience with a property management system, in particular Opera Cloud would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
