We're seeking a reliable and motivated On-the-Ground Leasing Agent to join our growing Townsville team at Invida Property Management.

As our on-site representative, you'll handle property viewings, leasing enquiries, and inspections, ensuring properties are well presented and tenants receive excellent service. You'll work closely with our Property Manager and virtual support team to maintain smooth communication and prompt action across all tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting property viewings and managing tenant enquiries
• Assisting with the application and leasing process
• Completing entry, exit, and routine inspection reports.
• Providing detailed feedback and maintenance notes
• Ensuring house rules are displayed and properties meet compliance
• Coordinating small inventory replacements (e.g. from IKEA)
• Supporting the team during annual leave periods

Essential:

• Current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Full Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle
• Proven experience in leasing, inspections, or property management
• Proficiency in Inspection Express, PropertyMe, and Reapit
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident using digital systems and mobile apps

Desirable:

• Knowledge of co-living management
