, you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice that makes clients feel supported from the very start.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering outstanding front-of-house reception and client support, both in person and over the phone.
- Managing appointments, referrals, and interpreting services, ensuring a smooth journey for every client.
- Keeping records accurate and up to date while supporting billing and administration processes.
- Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment that reflects BHN's values of Accountability, Collaboration, Respect, and Courage.
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service skills – you're approachable, empathetic, and professional.
- Experience in administration or reception (healthcare experience and knowledge of TrakCare/medical billing are a plus).
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment, managing multiple demands with accuracy and care.
- A passion for supporting inclusive and community-driven health services.
