**Service Access Representative**
**As a Service Access Representative, you’ll play a vital role in welcoming clients and ensuring their experience with BHN is seamless. Your duties will include:

- Customer Service: Delivering friendly, efficient support to clients, visitors, and clinicians.
- Appointment Coordination: Managing client bookings, cancellations, and waitlists with precision.
- Administration: Maintaining accurate records in our systems (experience with TrakCare is highly desirable).
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with clinicians and client services to streamline access to care.

**What You’ll Bring**
**Essential Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in healthcare.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with databases, Microsoft Office, and medical billing systems (HICAPS).
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

**Compliance Requirements**

Successful applicants must complete mandatory checks, including a National Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and provide evidence of the right to work in Australia.
