Position Overview

Our client is a trusted service provider supporting critical Defence capability, and they're seeking a motivated
Field Service Representative
to join their team in NSW and work with the Royal Australian Navy. This role offers the opportunity to transfer your trade background into a Defence environment - with full training, career growth, and the chance to work on projects that make a real impact.

The role will be based in the Central Coast and will require travel to Sydney.

Responsibilities

  • Perform field maintenance, servicing, and upgrades on specialist equipment on Naval platforms
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues to ensure systems remain operational
  • Support engineers and project teams in delivering Defence capability
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with safety standards
  • Represent the company professionally on base and at client sites

Requirements

  • Trade qualification in mechanical, electrical, or related field
  • Proven experience in maintenance, field service, or technical roles
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
  • Australian Citizenship and eligibility for an NV1 security clearance
