Corporate Services Manager/Administration Manager

  • Plan and implement facilities improvement projects to support future growth.

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows for effective administration.

  • Contribute to program reporting, policy development, and strategic planning.

  • Coordinate procurement, contract management, and supplier engagement across IT and facilities services.

  • Provide operational support to senior management in strategic and business planning.

  • Coordinate internal audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Implement risk management frameworks covering ICT and facilities.

  • Lead contract negotiations, contribute to new business opportunities, and support agents, EOIs, and student engagement.

  • Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure, learning management systems, and student information systems.

  • Oversee cyber security, data management, and digital record-keeping in line with compliance requirements.

  • Lead system upgrades, process automation, and technology integration to improve efficiency.

  • Oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of classrooms, workshops, and administrative facilities.

  • Manage property leases, building maintenance, WHS compliance, and asset registers.

  • Lead and supervise staff within ICT support, facilities, and administration.

  • Provide training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 per year
