Job Description : ERTM Project Manager · Experiencein  Project Manager with domain knowledge in the ETRM space (Energytrading and Marketing, Agreement & Contract live cycle management).  DomainExperience:· Experiencein designing and implementing any Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM)system.· Goodknowledge on Oil and Gas Marketing and Agreements/contract life cyclemanagement. Adhereto Deliver Digital Solution (DDS) Procedure· Produceregular IT PSR's (project progress, schedule tracking etc)· Communicationof project status to key stakeholders· HighAssurance (HA) project requirements (for HA projects)· Produceand maintain detailed project plan with assignments and task status (%complete)· ManageTransition to Operations (TTO)· Reportingeg Jira updates Deliverthe project within the agreed time (schedule) including· Workingwith vendor PMs (where applicable) to ensure project objectives are met· Schedule,chair and minute regular project team meetings· Directproject teamwork activities· Escalaterisks and issues e.g. scope creep, schedule change, or quality change· Forintegrations with other IT systems work with BPO's as necessary to get approval
