  • Coordinating the preparation of high quality tender and grant submissions by gathering input from subject matter experts and ensuring consistency in language and formatting
  • Tracking deadlines and maintaining the tender and grant pipeline tracker to keep internal stakeholders informed and submissions on schedule
  • Liaising with external stakeholders such as government agencies, funding bodies and partners, and acting as a key contact for routine queries
  • Assisting with the drafting, formatting and proofreading of reports, presentations and briefing notes to support communications
  • Organising logistics and administrative needs for conferences, forums and engagement events
Using technology and AI tools to streamline submission processes and improve efficiency in document preparation and stakeholder management

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with confidence in managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • The ability to interpret complex tender documents and distil key information into actionable briefs
  • The ability to work autonomously in a stand-alone role, managing your day effectively and taking ownership to shape and grow the position
  • Business acumen and a curiosity for growth with an interest in contributing to innovation
Cultural awareness and inclusivity with a respectful and values-driven approach to stakeholder engagement
