About the opportunity.

We are seeking an experienced and focused Used Car Manager to join our team.

Some of the attributes that you will need are:


• Be able to run and mentor a small used car sales team.


• Have experience valuing and buying cars.


• Ability to get cars prepared for sale in a timely manner.


• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication.


• Be a team player.


• Customer focused.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Desire to achieve excellence.


• Be process and KPI driven.


• A positive 'can do attitude'


• Calmness and able to work under pressure.


• Be accountable and able to achieve realistic budgets.


• Able to take an RDO during the week and work Saturdays.
