About the role:


• Perform repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, and part replacements per OEM and JMG guidelines.


• Ensure quality work in reassembling, testing, and cleaning repairs.


• Inspect vehicles for roadworthiness and create work lists for certification.


• Supervise apprentices and maintain a tidy, organised workshop.


• Ensure warranty parts are properly tagged and stored.


• Identify problems and evaluate solutions based on available information.


• Communicate with drivers to gather information and perform test drives if needed.


• Accurately complete vehicle details and requisition orders.


• Use electronic test equipment to diagnose malfunctions in vehicle systems.


• Oversee minor body or trim repairs and follow all OEM and JMG guidelines.

Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 6 years' experience working on Audi or VW Group brand vehicles.
