We are seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our friendly team in Applecross. This is a casual role that primarily covers weekends and shifts during full time staffs annual leave or sick leave when required.

This role would be well-suited to someone who is looking for weekend work, who enjoys working in a customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Greeting and assisting guests in a professional and welcoming manner


• Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries


• Managing bookings and reservations (training provided on our booking system)


• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records


• Providing general support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the motel


• Assisting with basic administrative tasks as required

About You:

· Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

· Ability to work independently and problem-solve when required

· Basic computer literacy (training on systems will be provided)

· Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential
