The Position

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Executive Receptionist to join our dynamic team in the Perth CBD. This is a fast paced position that will see you provide first class reception and conference suites booking services to one of our top Clients. This rare opportunity will report to the Workplace Service Manager. You will need to be an energetic, positive and passionate people person, who will be responsible for representing our clients values and brand by providing exceptional customer service. The role is based within a premium corporate office within the Perth CBD and has a Monday to Friday, corporate hours work schedule.

Your Duties

  • Meet and greet all visitors to the Reception area in a professional and welcoming manor
  • Develop rapport with business partners, repeat clients and company staff to offer a knowledge-based service and a truly professional welcome at reception at all times
  • Maintain the corporate hospitality floors in excellent condition at all times as well as managing and monitoring access to the floors
  • Monitor Reception phone lines, demonstrating professional and effective phone line management
  • Effective inbox and meeting room management

The Person

  • 2 + years experience in a 5-star hotel or premium corporate reception environment
  • Experience servicing VIP and Executive-Level guests in a professional manner
  • Passionate about delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
  • High level of admin and computer skills
  • Self motivated and driven
  • Attentive, ability to anticipate client needs
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to create lasting impressions and meaningful professional relationships
  • Discretion and confidentiality and the ability to build a high level of trust
