Electrical Supervisor | Bunbury, WA | $64.59/hr + $3/hr Site Allowance + Penalties + Vehicle

Opportunity:Join a national contractor with a strong reputation for quality delivery and safety across major commercial and government projects. This full-time role offers the chance to lead electrical works on a large-scale construction project in Bunbury, with consistent work and a secure pipeline across WA. Experience:

  • WA Electrical Licence essential
  • 5+ years post-trade, including 2–4 years as an Electrical Supervisor on major commercial, hospital, or defence projects
  • Proven ability to manage electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting plans, coordinating schedules, and overseeing QA and safety documentation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site electrical activities
  • Lead toolbox meetings and enforce WHS compliance
  • Coordinate materials, resources, and project timelines
  • Ensure installations meet Australian Standards and client specifications
  • Conduct testing, inspections, and commissioning
  • Liaise with project management and site leadership teams
  • Maintain accurate QA, progress, and safety records
