Service Supervisor - Fire Protection
We are seeking a highly experienced Service Supervisor to join our Bunbury team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor and Branch Manager based out of our Bunbury Fire division. You will focus on providing excellent service to our customers by ensuring our technicians have the skills, knowledge, tools, equipment, and processes to carry out their duties in the field.
Other Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and organisational management to a team of up to 8 fire technicians.
- Ensure that the performance of the team meets key indicators.
- Ensuring workload and responsibilities are shared across the field service team.
- Managing material levels and ensuring that the inventory is at correct levels.
- Responsible for team and individual training and professional growth.
- Providing excellent customer service by being a first point of contact for clients on site.
About You
- Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR).
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
- Current Electrical Licence is preferred or willing to obtain with in-house training.
- A construction industry White Card and Open Cable Licence (or the ability to obtain).
- An experienced Service Supervisor, with a proven track record of managing people and teams
- A strong technical background in electrical service in the Fire Protection industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of field fire technicians.
- A solid knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards relevant to Fire detection systems, installation, and maintenance.
- Fire detection Systems Installation and Sales Tender process and experience.
- Proven track record in meeting KPI’s and an understanding and ability to read profit and loss statements.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in an unsupervised environment.
- Professional, proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and develop skills as required.
- Predisposition to take action to improve results or create opportunities.
- High quality, EH&S, and Ethical standards
- Well-developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
