Summary Of The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Examining and approving plans under the Real Property Act 1886 and related legislation.
- Advising clients, staff, and the public on technical matters related to plan preparation.
- Exercising delegated authority from the Registrar-General.

Essential Skills And Qualifications (likely Expected)
Based on the responsibilities described, the successful candidate will likely need:
- Experience in surveying, spatial science, or related fields.
- Experience with cadastral or land titling systems.
- Sound knowledge of the Real Property Act 1886 (SA) and Plan Presentation Requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for advising stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant surveying software and digital tools.
